Walks in the area around Painscastle

20 walks in the area around Painscastle, extending from Hundred House to Offa's Dyke Path, south to the Wye Valley and north as far as the main road between Crossgates and the New Rador area. This will include information about Francis Kilvert and other topics of interest. In the early stages of development, this is to be published by Kittiwake,  in 2010.  Walks so far completed include a visit to a holy well, a pub with a well indoors, a hill top cannon, Aberedw Rocks, a wonderful riverside picnic site, six hill walks starting and ending at pubs, a walk with a lake view and interestingly shaped rocks, a ramble through flower-filled meadowland and an easy walk through Wyeside fields.
